THE PATH TO YOUR LICENSE The State of California requires completion of the "Principles of Real Estate". CENTURY 21 Professionals guides candidates through this required course of study, including administration of the final exam. Students may choose either a home study or online program. The online course is an interactive presentation, with questions and exercises, and includes the Principles of Real Estate textbook and the online final exam. Estate course offered in association with the Rockwell Institute, the school of record. The home study version provides the Principles of Real Estate textbook, a workbook/study guide with sample quizzes and the Master Examination book of 900 questions and answers. The final exam is administered at the CENTURY 21 Professionals office. Real Estate course offered in association with Real Estate Trainers, the school of record. In addition, our in-office lecture series offers insights into the day-to-day world of Real Estate, an introduction to quality service, and the knowledge and skills required to launch a successful new career. Real Estate School graduates who are selected to join the CENTURY 21 Professionals sales staff may join the Irvine office at Centerstone Plaza or Northpark, or the additional locations at Aliso Viejo, Costa Mesa, Laguna Hills or Lake Forest. Agents are offered a program of continuing education. "Success Systems Training" is designed for results, and provides guidelines to meet the challenges of a successful real estate career, as well as continuing opportunities for professional growth. |
